Random Stuff

Random craziness in the car.

This is how I tend to feel this time of year- like Morgan's expression- kind of nutty! I admit, I tend to get swept up in "the perfect Christmas" making sure all the gifts are good ones that the kids will like, are wrapped nicely, we have nice food, and of course we always have to have the sugar cookies that every year I question my sanity for making them. It's a three day long process. Make the dough one day, let it chill, roll and cut the next, and then finally the icing on the last day. So I'm starting on the 21st so we can be completely done with the cookies by Christmas Eve, I'll share some pictures of our cookie making madness along the way- I know everyone is waiting with baited breath! Stay tuned!

An oldie but goodie...

This picture of Morgan is about a year old- I'm posting it tonight because she has grown out her hair and just got it trimmed and layered today so I'm going to take one of her tomorrow to see the changes that have taken place...

Things are busy, busy, I'm taking my first pictures at the studio on Thursday- wish me luck! It will still be in the finishing stages- but at least the camera room will be done!

As soon as the studio is completely done I'll post pics for all to see.

A Tale of two Minnies

We've had a costume repeat! Campbell was almost 4 weeks old on her first Halloween and I had a tiny little Minnie Mouse dress for her. Well, she is now 3 and guess what- she wanted to be Minnie again- so here's a then and now picture for comparison!





I apologize to all the 2peas photo of the day girls! It's been a busy September and October. I'm going to try and do better the next couple of months!!!

Start of Soccer Season

It must be hard to play soccer when Pebbles is attached to your hip- ha ha! (Note Campbell's hair)... and a random shot from last Saturday when we went to Stillwater.

TGIFS (Thank Goodness it's Football Season)

I am a huge football fan so I'm a happy camper when football season rolls around each Fall. I have a cute video of Campbell jumping up and down saying "Go" when we watched OSU's first game on TV last week. I have been wanting to take Morgan to a home game for a long time so I finally took the plunge and took her last Saturday. I have such fond memories of going to home games with my dad so I want to make sure my girls have those fond memories as well. Granted, Makenna and Campbell are going to have to wait a few more years- there's no way I'm taking those two rascals yet! I don't have the energy to chase them up and down the stadium stairs!

We drove to Stillwater and did a little shopping and then ate at the Hideaway, then I took the two younger ones to my favorite babysitter's house who attends school there. (We miss you Amanda!). It was a great fun time and we won the game!

School Time!

I was out of town for the girls official first day of school, so I had to take these on the third day of school- my sitter took some on the actual day, (and she did a great job) but I still had to do my own thing!

Boston Public Gardens

I went to Boston last week with a friend, I shot these flowers at the Boston Public Garden. We had a great time although it was rainy for part of the time. Partial vacation, partial business trip. I used poster edges on the top photo.

5 Years Ago...

I was in labor with this little rascal. My water broke around 11:00 am on Sunday, July 13th, 2003, and she was born at 12:08 am on July 14th! We went out tonight for a photo shoot to celebrate her last day of being 4!
