I've written about Morgan on my other blog but I wanted to just post again for the record that she is such a sweetheart. She is a great helper and I appreciate her so much. For the most part she does things asked of her without complaining and with a good attitude. I get teary eyed on a pretty usual basis when I drop her off at school.
This week has been a hard week for me theme wise. My mom and grandmothers have passed away, my sister lives in Chicago, so I'm kind of out here by myself. I have dear friends but all of whom would be horrified for me to post their picture! So tonight I took advantage of a fresh haircut and some golden light to do a mini photo shoot of Morgan. They are a little grainy but I was trying to make the most of fading light! Thanks for looking! I used Ren's and Jess's actions on all of these.
Oh and PS if you haven't made Pioneer Woman's apple dumplings- go there now and find the recipe- they are awesome! www.thepioneerwoman.com

Sorry your mom and grandma are no loner with you. My mom/gma are 9 hours away. My other grandma is in Germany. I so miss them. Great photos of Morgan!
What a cute girl! My DD and DGDs are half a continent away; all my other important women are either gone or camera shy...
I understand about your Mom, mines gone also. Sweet journaling about your DD>
She's got a GREAT head of hair, wow!! Such pure joy! Sorry it's been a tough week, that's never fun to be reminded of the people we don't have in our lives anymore. Thankfully, they will always be with us in spirit.
Such a sweet smile. Cute shots.
She's such a cutie! I love her little outfit :)
LOVE Pioneer Woman! I have a couple of her recipes in mind for the weekend. Very fun shots!
She is so cute! What a great smile! Sorry about your mom and grandma - I know the feeling! :(
Sorry about your mom and grandma. Your dd is a doll.
I'm having a hard time with this week's theme too... my mom & both gma's are only an hour and a half away from me, but with gas prices the way they are I just can't drive back & forth as much as I'd like... sigh...
Your dd is gorgeous... I totally understand your weepiness when you drop her off at school. I was like that with both of my boys and I'm sure with Kaitlyn it will be even worse!
sorry about your mom and grandma....my mom is 9 hours from me and i lost my grandma when i was 4 and the other one i never even met....it's so sad.
but what an adorable daughter you have!

I am sorry about your mom and grandmother, but you still have this little sweet heart with you to help you out for a long time.
I love the last picture
My important women are camera shy or long distance, too. I've only been on theme once this week. I especially like the angle and expression on Morgan's face in the first one.
such sweet shots!
